Using a combination of the SkyVac system and reach and wash equipment we can clean and clear gutters up to 5 storeys high from the ground. We first vacuum the guttering to remove all dirt, debris & soil from the inside of the guttering. Then if requested we will carry out a cosmetic clean of all the external guttering, fascia board, soffits and even cladding. All this is done while inspecting your guttering to ensure your house is protected from the wet weather.

We give you a fixed price to carry out the clean so no nasty suprises. We have fixed prices for carrying out minor repairs or replacing common parts but please note this is additional to the clean or clear itself. We keep stock of most common guttering spares which means we can often carry out the repair at the same time as the clean if requested. The price for these repairs is made clear before carrying out the work.

Maintaining Your Guttering Protects Your Property
A gutter vacuuum includes using the latest technology to safely remove debris from the guttering from the ground. A large vacuum is used along with telescopic poles to pull soil, leaves, dirt and debris out from the guttering. We carry out a visual check of areas vacuumed to make sure everything has been removed and will allow proper flow of rain water. We use ladders safely in conjunction with a gutter vacuum to ensure you receive a thorough job and inspect any joints for damage or failure. We will also be happy to look at any specific issues raised by the client and point out any observations made by ourseleves, such as a downpipe which has not been properly connected to a drain and may be causing damp. We can remody any such issues.
After vacuuming the guttering or as a stand alone sevice we can cosmetically clean all of the guttering, soffit and fascia on the property as well as any cladding. This is carried out using pure water technology along with reach and wash equipment. Where needed we use soft washing chemicals and techniques to remove stubborn green and black mould or a build up of lichen or moss. All windows are then cleaned as standard along with the frames and sills. Conservatory roofs can also be cleaned are would usually be included as part of a clean unless the is not wanted by the client.

If you find there are any problems with any of the work that had been carried out by us we are more than happy to return and make it right. If we have attempted to carry out a repair which has not been effective, no charge will be made, even if a problem arises with a repair or replacement we have made after payment has been taken we will try to ressolve the issue or if we are not able to, then a full refund for the repair will be given for the repair so long as we are notified of the ineffective repair within one month of the work being carried out.
