If we have attempted to carry out a repair which has not been effective, no charge will be made, even if a problem arises with a repair or replacement we have made after payment has been taken we will try to ressolve the issue or if we are not able to, then a full refund for the repair will be given for the repair so long as we are notified of the ineffective repair within one month of the work being carried out.
